Meet Our Founder: Hayat Paracha, CPA
Hayat Paracha, Founder and CEO of Digit Accountants, comes from a family deeply rooted in the accounting profession. Growing up surrounded by CPAs, his path into accounting felt natural from the start. After completing his degree, he joined PwC, where he passed all four CPA exams and earned his license through the California Board of Accountancy.
During his eight years at PwC, Hayat worked with a wide range of clients, from ambitious startups to large corporations, helping them navigate complex accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting challenges with confidence.
In December 2018, Hayat founded Digit Accountants with a clear mission: to transform how small and mid-sized businesses manage their finances. Today, the firm provides tailored accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services that combine professional expertise with technology-driven efficiency—empowering SMBs across the United States to stay compliant, profitable, and growth-ready.

Hayat is a licensed CPA with the California Board of Accountancy. He previously served as a manager at PwC and brings over eight years of Big Four experience. His expertise lies in building technology-focused financial strategies designed to support modern businesses.
